Ingredients
- 500ml unsweetened coconut, almond or regular milk
- 1 banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
- 300g watermelon, peeled, seeds removed and flesh chopped and frozen, or use ready-chopped chunks
- 250g frozen strawberries
- Juice of ½ lime
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into 2 serving glasses and decorate with fresh blueberries, if liked. Serve.
