Little, four-year-old Billy, had both of his parents pass away recently. His new care-taker decided to put Billy on a train on his own to get to his new home in the country. Unfortunately, Billy could not speak or write and could not tell anyone on the train his destination so that they can make sure he gets there on his own. Since this is the case, his guardian writes his destination on a little note and tie it on a string around his neck.
Despite this note, Billy never manages to get to his destination.
Why is this ?
