Although the article mentions previous camera installations there was another three that were suppose to be installed last year, in Avenida Baleares and Avenida Alfred Nobel (near Hotel Masa), and the location of the third was undecided.

I saw that during the week Carl. I better watch my speed on Ave Alfredo Nobel if I remember that is. What is the speed limit in the urban area.

Given that the article say the fines ranged from €200 which does not correlate to a DGT fine amount, I assume that Councils' can sets their own fine rates for their own urban speed cameras ?

Yes Carl the Policia Local issue the fine so presumably as the Ayuntamiento are their paymasters they would control the fines.
