Beaches open tomorrow for exercise and water sports

The beaches will open in Torrevieja in the morning for exercise. No swimming allowed(unless you are an elite athelete with a federation) you can practice water sports like surfing, canoeing etc. You have to be living within the 1 km. You are not allowed to drive. The allotted hours have to be adhered to as well.

Alicante opened its beaches this evening. Arenales del Sol did a test this morning laying out umbrellas, mats and towels adhering to the social distancing measures.

I wonder what you are supposed to do if you fall off a board or out of a canoe, do you just drown as swimming is not allowed
