Still stands that you cannot have 2 in a car until phase 1 comes into force which may be May 11 or not if the government do not activate it could be later
N332 have altered there page to show this and that the order was referring to private passenger vehicles like 9 seaters used by taxi firms and companies also to chauffeur driven vehicles

We were stopped today wife in the back seat taking small foster dog to ASOKA in San Bartolome...no problems just checked driving licence and copy of padron as proof of address.

No change till Monday Karen. Order is for wearing of masks in private and public vehicles under certain conditions. But the Policia are obviously using discretion at present.

I would say it is 4 in a car ( 2 passengers per row of seats) for a normal family medium sized car ----with effect from 4 May 2020


In private cars and company vehicles whose main activity is not road freight transportation, with seating for up to nine people including the driver, it will be possible to seat two people in each row, as long as they wear face masks and keep the greatest possible distance between them.
