The developer of Sector 29 La Ceñuela in Torrevieja is going to begin the final phase of processing the urban development plan with capacity for around 1,200 homes to the south of the town centre, between Los Balcones, the University Hospital, Los Altos and the CV-95 , according to an account given yesterday by the local government board, councillor Federico Alarcón.

Basic services
At the moment, there is a political debate, not so much about whether or not to authorise new tourist accommodation : the demand for properties by international residents continues to rise. Re: Another 1200 homes for Los Balcones area
S29 seems to be lemon groves on the left hand side of the CV95 heading in the direction of the hospital after the N332 underpass.
The warning was always do not buy a house that may have lovely views across an empty piece of land, because that land will probably be built on at some time. I doubt if those living in Avenida Tomas Boj Andreu would ever have thought that their view across decades old lemon groves towards the lakes would ever have changed to a residential development.
