I am surprised the door didn't have some kind of deadlock on it , especially if children could open it in this way
If it didn't they need to have some security system fitted to motorhomes etc to avoid this happening again
Maybe the woman was suffering from mild alzheimers or such to cause the confusion
This is the first time i have heard of this happening though

Don't know if the photo is of the exact motorhome but if it is then it appears to be a RHD with no RH door to fall out of!

I think it is a generic photo F , the tourist was German , so i doubt they would be driving a RHD UK vehicle
