It doesn't say in the new de-escalation document about overseas holiday home owners but it does say that those from other communitues in Spain will be able to travel to their holiday homes by end of June.

My partner has a flight booked to Frankfurt ( she is German ) on the 9th July .
The dilemma is - will she get back again ?
She's non resident in Spain. Although , she does own a home here .
