Asking on behalf of someone, does anyone know what the process is for renewing a prescription during 'lockdown' ?

Could not find any information online for this area, but I did see for the Andalusia region you have a telephone consultation with your Dr.

If you go into Yo Salud (on line) it tells you what to do. All in Spanish but basically you can renew prescriptions by telephone for long term chronic conditions (and possibly by on line messaging as well) and then just present your SIP card to the pharmacia, No need to actually show them the prescription paperwork.
