Ultra TV renewal

I've received an email from Ultra TV regarding the renewal of my subscription and am wondering if it is genuine. Usually I renew by visiting the guy on Zoco market and paying by credit card.

Has anyone else received the following email and can they confirm that Ultra TV have changed their renewal process? The email is shown below:

I don't think it's a scam attempt but would welcome advice.

They are trying to avoid the IPTV police snoopers so getting riid of all links but it is still an ilegal service
