Ingredients:

- 6 tbsp cherry jam (or any other berry flavour you like)
- 200ml (7fl oz) pomegranate and raspberry juice (or blackcurrant or blueberry)
- 225g (8oz) brioche bread, cut into large, bite-sized pieces

1. Put the cherry jam and fruit juice into a small saucepan and heat together gently until the conserve has melted.

2. Bring to the boil and bubble for 2 - 3 minutes until lightly thickened and syrupy.
