Do supermarkets deliver

I ask this on behalf of an elderly woman on another forum.

Surly Bee will know this. An old woman with numerous health issues ,who should not be out of her house is struggling to go to the shop for food and dog biscuits. Has the spanish government made any provision for the elderly infirm regarding food deliveries?
I imagine she isn’t the only one who needs help. This is where self isolation falls apart.
I am worried for her, she definitely needs help.

Same with Mercadona. They had a delivery service operating.
Not sure if , under current circumstances , it is still functioning. ,?
