Kid Versus Barber

#1

Post: # 28678Post Carl »

A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer. 'This is the dumbest kid in the world. Watch while I prove it you.' The barber puts a Euro coin in one hand and a 50 cent coin in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, 'Which do you want, son ?' The boy takes the 50 cent coin and leaves. 'What did I tell you ?' said the barber. 'That kid never learns !' Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store. 'Hey, son ! May I ask you a question ? Why did you take the 50 cent coin instead of the Euro ?’ The boy licked his cone and replied, 'Because the day I take the Euro, the game is over !’

Edit: Corrected the error spotted by Fred.

Cannot believe I made that mistake Fred. I read that so many times this morning to ensure I had correctly replaced the original Dollar and quarters in the joke with Euros and cents, and still made a mistake.
