Does anybody know where the exact entrance to the Oriheula Costa town hall is please.

Thank you Fred, so it's round the back on the side facing the N332.

it was when I went in but that was a few years ago

It is still there. Park up in Mercadonna car park, walk out of the car park by the main entrance on the busy chaotic roundabout, cross the road - and pray you won't get ran over!- go right along the pavement for about 200 m(?) (you are actually walking along the side of the town hall), and the entrance is immediately round the corner on your left.
