....could admin make it quite clear that mentioning other forums and members is not encouraged on here.

It can ruin the forum ethos, ...seriously...

I refer to what is being allowed to happen elsewhere, where the four or five remaining posters are making themselves and their place of discussion look fatuous, outdated, and ridiculous, frankly.

What do their so-called discussions consist of?.....frothy mouthed, hysterical dribblings about the decent intelligent posters, quietly going about their business elsewhere.

We would do well to avoid any dealings with such inadequates...their petty squabbling could be infectious,.....far better to simply let them consume each other with their frustrated anal jealousy and spitefulness!!

Won't be long now, as the rot is well and truly set in.....

Just ignore them Francis and concentrate on this forum.
They're bunch of losers and liars. :D :D

And mentioning other forums and members is definately frowned upon on here, and so it should be.

Great idea.
But we must stick to it. Its up to us not to talk about other forums. Then admin neednt bother. Otherwise it becomes ironic talking about those losers talking about us.
Even this has turned into talking about others.
Ignore them unles they come on here to ruin it with their lies and Boris bashing.

"Hate" is not a word I would ever use lightly....more akin to useage of the likes of Hitler, Amin..ISIS..IRA....

Is that you Wendy.....is that how your family perceives you..."Hateful?"......,

Hope not.............Don't think you are.....

Bash whoever you want, but dont expect others to sit back and listen.
Some like to bash but object to being bashed and then moan.

Ironically I had a draft ready to post this morning on the subject after I deleted a thread which had gone off topic. I decided not to post it immediately because I wanted to make sure the tone was right. Sometimes you know what you want to say but it may not be clear to others, may come across sarcastic or arrogant when it need not be and sometimes you want to respond to what is being written elsewhere but you know it will be used against you and would only further provoke comments.

Like me, I would like to believe that Moderators on other forums would also be frustrated that content generated on their forums is based on what is happening on another and take the apppropriate action. I am also sure that members on all forums would also not want running commentary on the latest happenings elsewhere.

As a member of both 24/7 (and in it previous form) and .co.uk, I still frequent those forums so it is strange to me that I can visit those forums and participate in a discussion about this forum if I so should wish.

I do not want to dictate what can be discussed on this forum because it defeats the purpose of having an open discussion board, but If we could please avoid making references to other forums and their members on here it will be a positive action taken by this forum and its members which I hope the other forums will follow.

I also feel another issue needs to be addressed and this is the right time to do it. Who is the Admin of this forum ?

Again there has been speculation on this and other forums as to who is behind this forum. I am an extremely private person, don't like self promotion and dont seek attention hence the reason I wanted to remain anonymous.

In parallel to starting this forum, I had also been in direct contact with another forum owner to see on what basis an existing established forum could be taken forward, obviously if the conditions were right. My priority was to ensure that a forum existed if/when another disappeared. I am sure that people will argue that other alternative forums exist, and I agree, however it was clear that the majority of members posting on an established forum were not posting on other forums which suggested that other forums would not be a natural place for them to migrate to. Clearly starting a forum at the same time as speaking to another forum owner about their's was sensitive hence another reason I wanted to remain anonymous.

I am concerned that people's obsession with who I am will never disappear until I reveal myself and questions will continually be posted on this forum until that time, and possibly speculation.

So who am I ? Well people will know me as user name "newmaney" from other forums. My name is Carl.
