SIP CARD

I have temporarily SIP card which is dated to end of March as it’s linked to the EHIC and the card is not valid after 31st December, will the my SIP card also be not valid after 31st.
Do you think the SIP will run to the end date.
Coming to Spain 3 January no medical cover.
