We are trying to get a online appointment to present our S1 at Torrevieja INSS but struggling. We don't have a digital certificate or Cl@ve but going on the www.seg-social.es website cannot see how to get a appointment as not certain what section we need. Has anybody else had any recent experience ...

We are both permanent residents but would be good to get cl@ve as seems as though you can get a lot more things sorted

Over the recent months I keep reading that if you have a "clave" you can do so many things yourself. Without sounding stupid would 1 clave give you access to the DGT and SUMA and other goverment organisations or do you need 1 for each organisation?

Ps how do you get one?

My current 5 year TIE residencia card runs out end of July and the company that our sorting it out for me has told me that the best thing to due now is apply for a appointment after my card expires so when they apply I can have a 10 year TIE card instead.

Has anybody else heard this?

Can I print off a copy of my Suma Bill for the bins etc( not Car) from the Internet without going to the Suma office to get a copy?
