Well, with a sabadell person on chat I cracked it. It was my expired passport number! I'd been using my new passport number! Doh!

I am trying to set up Sabadell on another device and for the life of my I've no idea what the 'id' could be. I've tried everything. Could someone who is with Sabadell give me an idea of what it would look like? Digits? Letters. Names? Where on the account is it? I've an old dying iPad where it works ...

Going to jump on this one and ask if there are any services supporting the Irish process? My wife has an Irish grandmother and wants to get the passport but I would rather buy in some administrative support to help as it could be easier. MTIA

Thanks Bee. I got the set up from Paul originally. It seems to me that all my C5 related programmes have disappeared. I’ve been trying the blind scan with no luck. The channels show a signal, but no picture. It’s a mystery.

I have so many missing channels I wonder if there is somewhere I can get advice.
For example. It’s on Satellite 33) Astra 2D 28.2E but I can see other satellites available. Can I try others?
There are some other settings and scans which I have no idea what they are. E.g. TP scan, TP edit, Auto ...

I’m the same. When I rescan will I need to find a working C5 and move it up or will it reconfigure my existing C5? Hope that makes sense to others.
