1140 seems fair enough. I don't think that you will regret it once they are in.

Just to add to Alan's reference to inverter units, I should have mentioned that the price quoted above are for inverter units which provide hot and cold air but the main thing with inverters is their economy.

We have had a 2 bed apt since 2002 and personally wouldn't be without it and this includes buying new units again in 2016.
We have the units sited in both bedrooms, when required in lounge area we open the small bedroom door and allow air to drift through and it is then comfortable in the lounge ...
